Invoices and Payment Methods
At your option, we will bill you either by plain-text email, email with attached PDF, or by mail (courier if outside the continental USA; extra charge may apply). RandallSquared can accept payment by bank wire, check, money order, Paypal, other online currency (most, but please check), or, if we're local to you, currency. (Please do not send currency through the mail).
We now offer hosting and server provisioning by special request only. For more information, please leave us a message.
Hosting Terms: No spam. No IRC. No adult sites. Monthly Package Terms: Unused hours do not roll over from month to month. All billing and accounting is based on date of contract or first payment, whichever is later. Hourly rates are billed per actual hour worked. Monthly rates are billed by rate category. If more work is required than covered by a monthly rate, additional hours will be billed at the hourly rate listed above, after client agreement to the additional hours. We will never bill you for hours you haven't agreed to in advance; all hourly rate clients will be provided with an estimate prior to the start of work. We require 30% down on all work orders. If you are an existing client of RandallSquared at a lower rate, that rate applies, not these.
